Now, this is an interesting one. I mean, I really like this track, it's one of the more solid rap songs with an R&B hook to come out in quite some time. Ghostface kicks it well, Ne-Yo holds the chorus down and the production is tight.. it's just.. well.. the concept and message bugs me to hell!

I expect everyone is aware that the song is basically about Ghostface's girl doing him wrong and him getting his point across when the truth comes out. That's fair enough - but it's blatently obvious that she does this to 'get back' at him for doing her wrong multiple times in the past, and he goes off on how he didn't deserve it.

Granted it was with an enemy of his.. but wouldn't it be worse if she did it with a friend instead?! Plus, if you cheat on someone (especially more than once) you can hardly expect for them to be cool about it and stick with you - what they hey?! If someone messes you around, male or female, they deserve what's coming to them. The girl in this song may not have made the right choice and should have just left his ass.. but really - dude is just being a straight hypocrite.

Forget the original lyrics, it should be more like Yo, your whole dumb notion is wack - you need to stop talking so much smack like that as far as I'm concerned.
